- Meet and Greet at airport with taxi pick up at airport to villa
- Coordinating arrival and departures
- Welcome pack ( Drinking water , soft drink , bread ,milk and fruits )
- Show and explain equipment use (Alarm , power , light ,water ,safe box and key control ,ect )
- Make sure villa ready in require in case as need.(extra bed ,baby cot, highchair ,ect )
- Inventory Control
- Look after tenants as they are Owner.
- Look after your house as if it were our own
